  • Order appears suspicious or fraudulent

For online payments, payment processing is handled securely through third-party payment providers. Jawhara does not store complete card details on our website.

For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made to the courier or delivery representative at the time of delivery.

We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates.

Delivery may be delayed due to courier delays, public holidays, incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or circumstances outside our control.

In general, we offer replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect products when reported within the allowed period with valid proof.
